Vapiano in Bochum

You can eat pasta warm, you can eat pasta cold, SUPER SATISFIED

I always liked going here and very, very sad that it was closed :(

Restaurant looks clean, very cozy and welcoming. I don't think the food is too expensive and it tastes good. Just wanted a bigger portion. I just don't know what to think of the concept. There is no real waitress there. You choose something from the menu and then stand in line at the counter to have the food fresh and the food is prepared in front of your eyes. It doesn't take long and the groceries are weighed and counted. The cook also gives out the drink you want. When everything is ready, you put a card that you got from reception on a tablet. What you have ordered is saved there for payment. There is also a drinks bar for alcoholic beverages. Unfortunately, it takes a long time to clear a table. I don't know yet whether I like the system or not. It shouldn't be a negative assessment either, I think it's because you are used to a different system. You just like to be served 😋

The pasta is relatively good, at least better than the pizza, which is usually very thin and not well baked.

My sister and I found the selection of drinks to be great! The waitresses are always extremely sociable and very friendly. This gives me and my husband a lot of joy every time they visit. The inn is super easy to get to! The good transport connections make a jaunt there quickly and easily, and we were positively surprised. We'll all be back for sure.

The restaurant is creatively designed. My pizza tasted good. The way to order is exceptional. I don't have the opportunity to sit back while sitting.

I love it. Food is freshly prepared so you can watch it. Staff is mostly very friendly 😅

Best place for pasta.

I really like the food and the concept of Vapiano. This one does not seem to me to be well managed. We had to wave at someone from the staff so that they could pick up old trays and wipe the table - in a second step, since of course they didn't have a rag with them.

The staff is friendly and endeavors to respond to customer requests. The food is fresh and is prepared before your own eyes as usual. Unfortunately, I personally find that there are too many high seats that reduce the comfort of the restaurant.

Nice place, the usual decent quality as in the others in the chain. This one restaurant is quite spacious, very clean and right outside is Chistmas market. Kids enjoyed their spaghetti (1 to share) and we even got some left that was put in a plastic box to take home for later.

My very little sis and I were really fulfilled with the high quality ingredients that are locally sourced, everything tasted really fresh. A satisfying place for a meal out, will have great food here and it doesn't cost too much money. My buddy was in town so we came here for supper, great food And ambience. Food came fast, was piping hot and totally delicious. The waiter proceeded to go far beyond to make our food wonderful.

Been here once. Love Vapiano! Prices are good! And you get enough food on your plate which prevents you to starve for a day.

Standard Vapiano, nice place.

The pizza guy was very rude as he had lots of orders. We decided to have pasta instead. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with our pasta order. It was uncooked, over salted and Oily. The chili and garlic were missing. There were also no cherry tomatoes on top. It wasn’t anywhere near the usual Vapiano. Wouldn’t come here again. It’s very different from Vapiano in London or Berlin where the staff are well trained and know how to cook and serve customers. After Vapiano Essen, Vapiano Bochum is the second in my no go list!

Solid and good as usual. Nice patio too. I liked this one particularly.

Since ever, nothing has changed on the map. But on individual desires is received and for example to the asparagus season there are regional variations. You can be sure that you get the same in every store. And it is fresh. A shortcoming that all branches have: insane noise and not just to eat practicable seating.

The food was really delicious and with figs really something different. The food was quickly "served" What I do not like is this canteen charm, but that's a matter of taste.

Good restaurant. But only Italian foods. Not all the items are interesting. Some pasta is really tasty. Pizza is big in size but poor choice for chicken lovers or vegetarian if wanna eat pizza. Polo picante the pasta is what i prefer. Staff is nice. Taste of food totally depends on the person who is making it.

A cozy place. The best thing is, you can actually see what's cooking for you and order your foods easily. The foods are really tasty, specially for the pasta-lovers.

Lovely place to eat and one can hangout with friends and family members. I like the overall seating arrangements. You don't have to wait more than 10 mins and your food is served.

I was never a friend of Vapiano before. This has now definitely changed. The noodles were delicious and seasoned to perfection. The staff were all friendly and explained everything to us. The restaurant was clean and everything was neat. 18 euros for 2 very large portions of pasta + 2 drinks is a great price for lunch. We are very full;)

Best ever Italian restaurant I ever visited, especially Spaghetti!

Very nice atmosphere. Very delicious pasta. I personally don't recommend pizza. Pasta is perfect. It is made in front of you. So you can tell the chef what add more or less. Everything is fresh. Also what is interesting is that there are some herb vase on the table which you can add to your dish while you are eating. All in all it is very nice place with nice dish and highly recommended.Enjoy your dish in Vapiano!

Great pasta, Beer, service

The food was not as tasty as I am used to it from Vapiano. One reason could be that I ordered "Zoodles", which are a Zucchini made Noodle Substitute. Therefore the dish was very liquid, almost like a soup. However, the location and service is good.

Very spacious place with a beautiful terrace! Vapiano pricing is something turning unreasonable high for some reason unfortunately. For the rest it was a great lunch :)!

Delicious again and again, had nothing to complain about except that the cook seemed a little exhausted and prepared our 3 dishes a little more slowly. But he was always friendly and everyone is broken at some point !!!
